Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition
• In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for used items or items damaged due to misuse.
